Hey all! I'm Maude. I've been struggling with BED for a whiiiiile.   

 

The last month of the year is upon us and I'm making it my goal not to binge for all of it.

Totally hear you, this time of year is so hard- My birthday is also in December, RIP. I think (for me at least) a few days of eating a little more with high restriction/at maintenance is super different than binging unintentionally/uncontrollably. I wouldn't consider that breaking my streak I guess!

I have extreme uncontrollable behaviors around food at parties. I see my fear foods laid out in front of me and just b/p. I'll definitely be willing to try however.

I so so get this way too unfortunately. ;o; Eating at maintenance during events is definitely theoretical for me lol, but I'm gonna give it my all!

When I feel The URGE, I'll distract myself by doing a chore that needs doing; then I'll reward myself in a non-food way.

Just like I thought, my boyfriend took me out to get sushi and I ended up purging that. I did drop a few pounds tho. Ill do better tomorrow.

Hey! im going to be joining too!~ Im going to be alone for the holidays December 10- January 1st honestly idk if thats a good or bad thing but my plan is to not buy any binge food, hopefully that helps. i also made a list of tasks around the house i can do when i feel like binging, its been rlly helpful so far and its made me pretty productive to say the least! i'm on a pretty low restriction at 500 cals a day with fasting sprinkled in, so i want to try my best to prevent binging. My main goal is to lose 10-15 lbs by the time my roommate gets back!

I'm on my second day fasting, which is so counterintuitive to me not binging...................................... I'm an idiot but i can't help myself, i feel like i need to get down to my last pre-binge cycle weight asap or i'm a failure *sigh* 

 

Haven't binged, or had the urge to bince, in december so far so that's neat i guess

Okay so I’ve already had 670 calories estimated. It’s only 12:12pm here. I’m trying to keep my calm but 670 all before 3:00pm?? Wish me luck :(

I’m doing the abc to help prevent my binging habits. The number of calories differ daily so I’m hoping that will keep me in check. So far so good but I just started. And I’m getting a rowing machine next week!
