Barely anything really like I was at BMI 13 around 39 kg and I gained a bit lost a bit at one point got to BMI 15 when trying recovery and at another time I lost to BMI 12.3 36kg unintentionally and had to go to the hospital to gain a bit back. Now I'm at idk 37? Kg. I don't plan to lose anymore weight ideally would be to actually properly starting recovery but idk how likely that is so either maintain or gain weight.

A mix of overexercise (like bruh I fucking injured myself) and avoiding food situations (so kind of like omad?) and also when I got a new job and they overworked me like hell (lotta 11 hour shifts on my feet).

I quit it for uni tho and now I guess I’m just fat again

About 46lbs give or take. I'm afraid of the scale rn but only 13lbs from my ugw (need to update my sig, classic rexie move) based on my last weigh in so I think that should be manageable this year.

I lost maybe 2 kgs? At most? Possibly less, around 1.5 kgs.

I would love to lose 4 kgs in the next year, to reach my UGW. But I'd be ok with losing another 2 kgs and keeping it off as well.

I GAINED 20kgs. But I had a baby and pregnancy was difficult. My body felt hijacked and I have not been right since. Shout out to anyone who has, is or will suffer antenatal depression, postnatal depression or psychosis. U WILL GET THRU IT!!!

So even tho I’m BY FAR at my heaviest it isn’t as worrying as it usually would b. My goal for this year is get to pre pregnancy weight and any extra loss would b gravy

Yeah that shit really messes with your head and your body. My kids are all in their 20s now and I STILL remember how straightup awful a lot of the early days were. The last one was the easiest in terms of having a new baby because antidepressants the SECOND she was born lol. We had a plan to keep me safe after. The body was so fucked though.

Your goal sounds wise.

Finished the year 20kg lighter on the dot. Some ups and downs in there. Freakiest was the enormous swelling-related weight gain after double knee replacements. I ate practically nothing in hospital because they fucked up and put me on a post-surgical diet which actually contained almost nothing I could eat (they somehow missed the NO DAIRY and literally 90% of what they brought had some kind of dairy, and they kept bringing food that was different from what I'd asked for or bringing food they'd said was dairy-free but wasn't and I'm telling you, if they're going to have to put me on a bedpan they DO NOT want me eating dairy lol. But despite eating practically nothing (maybe because of?) I was drinking so so so much and the swelling in the knees was, um, impressive and I gained about 6kg.

Plus some other ups and downs but yeah, overall loss of 20kg. The year before, 30kg.

This year aiming for about another 8kg.

I had to maintain my weight for health reasons and to be strong enough to work fighting against covid. It made me a little more relaxed when I’m eating a higher calorie amount sometimes without gaining anything besides food weight.
By the end of the year I had a few binges so I did gain a little bit of real weight but I’m back on track now

64.4 (+205lbs - 140.6lbs)

Technically, started at +215 and started January around 205 and went down from there so give or take 60-80lbs in the long run.

About 47lbs. My body though is at a point where it’s struggling to lose anything since i’m underweight now, and any sort of loss is coming REALLY really slowly. A year ago I could lose 5-10lbs in a month easy but now i’m lucky if I lose 2lbs.
