starting this today bc ah uh idk i've just never done a diet before but i'll stop or double the cals if i feel too shitty lmao

things i'm not counting: seasoning, coffee cream, sugar free drinks, tea, vitamins, gum, onions and garlic bc i don't wanna live w/o them

stats: ~110 (too scared to check), 5'5

sooooo i weighed myself after being too scared to and i gained.... like 4 lbs LMAO i'm trying to rationalize it bc i'm on my period, binged last sunday, and haven't been drinking as much water as i'd like (and eating hella salt bc these foods are bland) but i am this close to having a breakdown aha

i work tomorrow and day 5's limit is 100 so i might end up doubling it for that day so i can eat something kinda substantial since i lift stuff at my job and i've been really tired and depressed lately but i'm guessing it's period + restriction

 

edit:i chewed a whole pack of gum and had a lil episode bc the binge urges are presenting fuck lol im in pain  :lol:

it's getting hard to eat stuff just because my wisdom teeth are growing in and i'm too scared to go to a dentist for reasons so my mouth just fucking hurts when i try to have anything solid
