Okay so I found out in horror after not having access to a scale in forever that my weight has ballooned to 97.6kg, my weight previously has always been between 72-82kg fluctuating and I’m a tall girl at 5”10 so I was always average. Now I’m literally obese according to my bmi which I feel fucking disgusting. So I’ve calculated everything
I will update daily:



Starting weight 97.6kg / 215lbs
Goal weight 70kg / 154lbs
Ugw 55kg / 120lbs
My prettiest gw: 45kg



Plan:
200 calories a day
For the next 7 months
First month liquid fast

(After I become less gross I will go out and exercise / do runs and walks)


30day fasting date
Thursday 13th January - Sunday 13th febuary



Daily weigh in tabs:

13th January: 97.6kg
14th January 97.1kg
15th January 96kg
16th January 95.2kg
17th January 94.9
18th January 95.2kg :(

Day 1: completed

12:50am midnight - expresso macchiato (165kcal)

10:00am- burned 200 kcals

14:00pm - drank 1 Coke Zero 330ml can

11pm - Coke Zero can + multivitamin tablet and water

Calorie consumed today, 35 cals!

Day2: completed


12:30 am 1 Coke Zero

2:34 am: some baby carrots + 1 Coke Zero
(20cal)

4:55am: 1 brown toast (99cals) + 20g of jam (48cals) = 147 cals

8:16am : 1 red apple (56cals)

9:00am: another red apple (56cals)
+ 1 Coke Zero

1:20pm 1 cup of tea with 20g of evaporated milk
(Total cals roughly 107)

- Burned 229 cals burned with vr headset

Total calories consumed (137)

Day 3: completed

Midnight: 1 multivitamin

1:00am 1 Coke can + cup of tea

3:50am: 2 bites of an apple (10cal??)

4:10am: 1 brown toast + 1tbsp jam
= 140cals

12:40: 2 cups of tea = 107cal

2:00 1/2 cup of tea = 53 cal

Total today 323 :(

1:00am:
2 cups of tea + coke = 100cal

6:20am:
1toast +tbsp of butter and 2 strawberries cut up = 208

6:22:
multivitamin + water and coke = 0

11:00: 2 cokes

2:00pm 1 cup of tea (100)

3:40pm half a cup (53)


Burned 358

Some thoughts on how things are going:

100% there will be no “I binged” post
I can promise. No matter how tough this gets I’m not gonna stop until I reach my goal and loose 60lbs. Now I said to myself, everytime I get down 10kg so 90,80,70,60,50- I’ll congratulate myself of one meal of whatever I want but nothing TOOO extreme to treat myself. Ill probably reach 90kg by the end of next week which super excited for. I think if I keep pushing by early April I should hit my UGW goal weight easily, which is refreshing :P

OMFG I really want a burger and fries rn. I’m watching so many reverse thinspo videos to make me not have these horrible hunger pans and it sucks. My money in my card staring at me to order but I won’t do it. In fact let me chug a fuck ton of water and do 10 squats cause im scared of ruining things

Update: I still really want that burger I’m sobbing rn it looks so nice on Uber eats

Update2: I started watching supersized vs super skinny and whatever cravings or hunger I had just evaporated. They where showing the dead bodies of morbidly obese people and all that cheesy yellow is so fucking disgusting and the missing toes. may I never eat another calorie again.

4:00am 1 Coke + water

6:00am 1 Coke

9:15am: porridge
325 cals (will burn it all off)

1:00pm: 2 packets of chips which I’m so angry about it. It was 500 cals and I felt so ashamed :/

Burned 190

3:00am : 1 Coke + tea

5am: tea + tea + coke

11:44am: porridge = 225 cals

1:20pm: binged on
Chicken fillet burger and fries + 3 wings
Calories = 1500??? Idk honestly

Purged a lot out = purged calories unknown


Calorie intact today=

Over 300 (unknown)

Update my fat ass just ordered 1 chicken burger fries + 2 wings & a Diet Coke cause I was like fuck it I haven’t eaten 1 savoury thing in a week rip giphy.gif

Update: just basically purged like 70% of it and after vomiting it and had to take some more water because it wasn’t enough. When I tell you I have never tasted something this vile in my life. That alone made me gag and throw up more. Although ngl the throw up grossly tasted yum because it was just my food again but anyways I have like some stuck in my throat and I want to drink something to get it to go down since it won’t come out by force and even the thought of drinking liquids Is straight foul. My purging is skills is beyond rusty since the last time I purged a meal was 3-4 years ago. Up until my return I’ve just been subconsciously starving myself at school and walking like 20k steps a day. I feel gross and I’m all puffy and the mother fucking fries are still lodged in my throat but I would rather die than drink another fluid

I haven’t weighed myself today because I feel beyond bloated and heavy and disgusting so today I plan on burning off every last calorie. I think I’ve burned like 100 so far so like 250 to go I guess <3 I’ve got to have 0 intact for the next 3 days to make up for that disaster yesterday
