aww thanks! i actually tried this diet last year a couple times and never got past like week 2. i was at 130 and feeling so depressed. i think what helped me was i started restricting slowly. so for like a week i ate 1000, then 500 the next week, then tried abc again. it is very hard to stick too, which is why i messed up quite a few times. u can always try again, or maybe a less restricting diet would work better for u. im sure u can do it!
