Breakfast: steamed vegetables, bottled fat-free dressing, 1 sugar-free gum

Lunch: 1 head of lettuce or steamed vegetables, a small bottle/can of protein shake (around 150 calories), sugar-free iced tea, 1 sugar-free gum

Dinner: steamed vegetables, bottled fat-free dressing, 1 sugar-free gum

Snacks throughout the day: 6 sugar-free gums, 2 diet cokes

Never heard about this before....

Does somebody knows how much you can loose with this diet (in a month)
