I have this obsession with couscous that I crave so often. So why not make a diet out of it? I've never done it before but I'll post the results!

Plan:
150 calorie couscous mix:
•80g of couscous (136)
•1 stock cube (14)

During this time, I can have one weight watchers hot chocolate, one milky sugar tea, or one big glass of orange juice without it's calories counting.


Monday (291)
+60g sweetcorn (41)
+51g tuna (100)

Tuesday (241)
+50g chickpeas (64)
+50g apple (27)

Wednesday (193)
+50g pineapple (28)
+75g courgette (15)

Thursday (185)
+150g frozen veg (35)

Friday (169)
+10g celery (2)
+8ml dressing (4)
+10g spring onion (3)
+100g cucumber (10)


I'll be burning 56 calories every day from school, 88 from walking my dog, 81 from pacing for half an hour, and up to 400 from the gym(every other day)

i <3 couscous i guess i can try this too. but i need to reduce ingredients...
