Has anyone restricted points allowed on the diet? And if yes, how many did you eat and what were your results?

Hi. I did. I was on Simple Start, so I had 49 flex points but unlimited on other items. I never took activity points and as far as those 49 flex points, I cut way back on them, to 3 or 4 a day if I took any at all. I made a lot of significant food choices by eliminating wheat and most dairy and then the weight loss sped right up. I took off 4 lbs the first week then 2 lbs a week each week there after. And kept it off. Are you doing WW now? I am at lifetime goal.

I have it. I haven't been following it much I like tracking points more than calories. I thought about eating 20 points a day or less. Do you think that would work?

Instead of 26? Sure, it would create a greater calorie deficit.  Definitely make sure you are filling up on fruits and vegetables first, then lean protein then other items.  Quality first. Good luck! I hope you start losing soon.  :)
