so i am done eating cottage cheese for today! my total intake was 452 grams/400 calories so i went over by like 2 grams. i had gas pains for most of the evening. not sure if its from the cottage cheese or from something else. i get them a lot though.

i ate 226 grams of the low fat cottage cheese and 226 grams of the 4% cottage cheese. i used to only eat fat free cottage cheese, but since im broke and living at home my mom NEVER buys fat free stuff and now im addicted to the regular kind. she accidentally bought the low fat kind and it is not nearly as yummy as the regular but it will do. i have enough left over for one more day, so i will continue this tomorrow. im hoping to go to the gym tomorrow so i can weigh myself. if not i will definitely go on sunday for my final weigh in.

Today I went to the beach for almost 9 hours so I didn't go to the gym like I planned. I don't own an accurate scale so idk if I lost or gained yet. I continued the cottage cheese mono today. I ate more than yesterday 😑 I had about 565 grams, so I went over my limit. It totaled to be 480 calories though only. I am definitely going to the gym in the am and I will weigh myself.

Cottage Cheese Mono Results!!!!!!!

I went to the gym today!!!! I finally weighed my self!
So just to recap. For 2 days I ate cottage cheese. I tried to stay within my gram limit. I also drank flavored seltzer water, cherry coke zero and chewed nicotine gum during it.

SW: 106.8
Ending weight: 104.4

So that means I lost 2.4 pounds

I'm pretty happy with the results and I really want to get back to 100 ASAP. Sucks though because I'm going to a party where I won't know anyone but my boyfriend. I know I will be tempted to drink. I am going to allow myself a few drinks. I'm also hoping I can stick to eating low cal/healthy food today. Tomorrow I want to start another mono. I just remembered I have a bag of green peppers so I might mono on them so they don't go to waste.

I feel horrible. As I predicted I ended up binge drinking and binge eating on Sunday. Then I ended up doing the same on Monday. I went to the gym today and just weighed my self and I'm back at 106.4 I am going to attempt another mono today, and do it until Friday. It's my moms birthday this weekend so I know I will lose control and drink/eat whatever and how much ever I want. I kinda hate myself right now, but I guess it could have been worse.

It was easy to do because cottage cheese is kind of a comfort food for me so I enjoyed doing it. I wish my gram limit was higher than 450. I didn't realize how dense cottage cheese is. So a little weighs a lot. It was a bit hard to split up 450 grams through out the day. Let me know your results! Good luck!!!

I decided to go with a green pepper mono today. I had a bag with like 6 or 7 of them. i figured they would have just gone to waste so why not mono on them. i dont hate green peppers, but i dont really like them either. i dont mind them in things, or on things, but by themselves ew. i ate about 5 or 6 of them which totaled about 515 grams/105 calories. i got sick of eating them raw so i roasted some in the oven. i also put some garlic salt on them so i hope its not gonna effect the results (if i even have any). my dog lovessssssssssss them so i shared with her since it was such a chore for me to eat these things.


i wont be eating these things for a while :P

i will def give instant mash potatoes a try. and maybe even rice cakes in the future!!! not so sure about animal crackers, but maybe one day! im going shopping tomorrow so i will get some instant potatoes and maybe at some point next week i will do it. i always want to do a potato mono as well.
