Green Pepper Results:

 

i just got back from being at the gym for like 2 hours! i weighed myself and here are the results from my green pepper mono:

 

SW: 106.4

Ending weight: 104.6

 

Total loss: 1.8 pounds

 

Almost 2 pounds in one day so I cant complain. I am sooooo happy that this mono is over. I cant even look at those things right now. I am starting a green apple mono today. I have about 3 pounds of them, so I will mono on them until they are gone. I am excited to eat something other than peppers!  :P

im not quite sure yet. i am probably gonna take a break from monoing saturday and sunday since its my moms birthday and family and friends will be over.  :mellow:  if i do decide to try and mono over the weekend, im going to attempt a popcorn mono. after this weekend i want to try something warm and comforting. i have a bag of potatoes, but idk if they will be good by monday. i didnt go shopping today but im going tomorrow, so im going to look at instant potatoes and try to find a brand with the least ingredients. u got me wanting to try it!!

awww no prob! mashed potatoes are like my fave in the world. although i usually put mounds of cheese,butter, and milk in them. but i just love potatoes in general. so i will most likely give it a try. if not im going to do a regular potato mono or canned potato mono or a mixture just cuz canned potatoes are so easy to prepare and im lazy!!

i have a 3lb bag of granny smith apples for my next mono. i ate 2 small ones at about 154 grams. I made a sad attempt to make "apple chips" with a 3rd apple. i didnt weigh the chips, but it was not much at all. I am honestly not that hungry today. I had a pretty bad day. its like everything went wrong. im so mad at my self because i was cleaning my kitchen and i put my digital food scale in the sink for a dumb reason, and i turned the water on like an idiot so i broke my scale!! i almost had a breakdown. since i am broke my boyfriend was nice and bought me a new one. i miss my old one, but the new one is a lot prettier.

it wasnt even that much, like $15. but i have zero dollars to my name atm so i cant even afford that. :( so yea im stressing and not very hungry. anyways all that put aside i think i will only have enough apples to mono until tomorrow. unless i get my mom to buy more. or i can do something different on friday not sure yet.

Today I was kinda busy and lazy at the same time so I didn't weigh my apples. idk how many calories or grams I consumed. I ate 2 apples late last night- 1 after midnight and I think another around 2 am. I ate 1 for lunch, and another 1 as a late afternooon snack. I have 2 left and will eat those for dinner. Tomorrow I am going to go to the gym and weigh myself. I plan on doing a jello mono tomorrow because I have a bunch and Its the only thing I feel like eating. There's definitely a handful of ingredients in jello, but I figure my calorie intake will be so low it would be impossible to gain. I'm just hoping I will be able to get to the gym on Saturday to weigh myself!

I don't think it would work there's more than one ingredient in those things. Like way more i think.

If u don't go over by too much it shouldn't matter. I'm doing a jello mono right now and I'm going over by a lot. Cottage cheese is good because it can put u in ketosis. In a week or two in gonna attempt to mono only on foods that will put me into ketosis, so I will be doing another cottage cheese mono it's soooooo yummy!!!!

It's a low carb high protein and high fat diet. When u eat keto friendly diet it's puts ur body into fat burning mode, so u burn fat instead of burning carbs. If u google it u can get more info I'm not great at explaining it.
