Ok so lets talk about this.. How the hell is that girl so thin? Because vegetable and fruit calories are still calories nonetheless so how does she eat like 5000 calories a day and still weigh so little

shes an exercise bulimic...she doesnt eat 5000 calories a day...shes just a raw vegan who exercises a shit ton, and lies about her calorie intake...no one can eat 5000 calories of fruits and vegetables...theyd get diarea and probably puke from so much fiber

Calories are not just calories. The energy density for fruits and vegetables are lower than for animal products so you are able to eat more of them without gaining weight.

She is pretty active, which is why she personally has an intake of around 5,000 calories. However, she recommends roughly 2,400 for women on the RT4 diet.

She must be shitting loads though. She talks about "fruity floaters", but come on, that's just diarrhea.

FREELEE IS MY SPIRIT ANIMAL! I've been struggling with eating for a while now and I finally found the right way to lose weight from her which is being vegan. I've lost so much weight and I have so much energy. She doesn't eat foods that have a lot of fat which keeps her slim. She also goes to the bathroom a ton because she eats so much fruit, and bananas are known to help with bowel movements. She also is active because she has energy.

yeah I agree with you...it doesnt work that way...the reason why they say fruit and veggies makes you lose weight is because its harder to eat as much calories in fruit/veggies than in meat cus its mostly just water...if u eat equal amounts of calories in both tho...ur still getting the same matter of energy

On the now of this ACTUAL topic though, bodies are pretty self explanatory when it comes to weight loss. Calories in, calories out. If she consumes 4000 calories and burns 2500, she's only having 1500 calories. Exercising that much is impractical for most all people, but if you think of it this is her job. Yeah, I believe she's doing a lot of harm. There's just no way. You'd get diabetes eating that much sugar. Just because it's natural food and devoid of fats doesn't mean fruit can't be harmful. I've done a bit of research, and lots of people who have tried her lifestyle say it's almost killed them.

Plus, too much potassium (bananas) can can actually kill you.

I can't stand her or her creepy boyfriend.

 

She's such a rude, awful person, and so is her creepy boyfriend.

 
Saying that people with cancer died because they weren't fruitarians.
 
Saying that people deserve to die for not being vegans.
 
Her extremeism scares people off of veganism and plant-based diets because they don't want to be associated with lunatics like her.
 
Also she doesn't look healthy. Her hair is really limp and dull looking, and so is her face. I don't aspire to look like her because of that.
 
When I see raw vegans/fruitarians on Youtube, I always look at their hair (easy sign of how healthy someone is).
 
I notice a lot of the time, their hair is limp/dry/frail/dull.

 

Out of curiosity, do you have any opinion on Brianna JackFruitson?
