i'm a secular witch who deals primarily with divination! i know this is a little bit of a touchy subject for some, but has anyone worked with ars goetic demons? jw
oh also ive dabbled into hellenistic paganism before but found the rules sorta strict?? how do any of the hellenistic pagans on here practice? (idk if that sounds sarcastic it's a serious question id really like to know!)

I am a Hellenic Pagan, Yes the rules are strict, but I find them comforting. I usually worship Pallas Athena, and the Moirai (fates).  usually follow a strict ritual guide , something like http://www.ecauldron.../dc-gr-rite.php. I read tarot cards, and dabble in spiritual asceticism.

Eclectic Solitary Nature Worshiper Pagan over here!

I'm not sure if I'm a witch, I'm more like energy-based ''believe in what you want to happen'' - kind of a pagan... but I worship Mother Gaia and believe in Collective Consciousness, and that we all should try our best to learn and study and theorize and so on as much as we can in our lifetime, so Mother could send some new information to the world with the new people that are born, so they can make the world a better place. So... information magic?

How to get rid of unwanted spirits? I had on or a few I have accidentally let in and I'm being followed...how do I get rid of them?

I also need to know how to identify them, if anyone is experienced in this sort of thing.

I am a Green Witch. I work with the energies of natural objects like gems, herbs and of course the elements - I am in tune with Mother Nature and the universe.

I'm sorta all over the place, I guess I'd consider myself Eclectic Wiccan, but I started looking into paganism when I was 12, 5years later and I'm still figuring myself out but I do know that I'm a witch

I also need to know how to identify them, if anyone is experienced in this sort of thing.

I know very little about identification, but in my line of practice, I would recommend sage and pine (sprigs, incense, hanging up cones...).

I'm an animal totemist and believe in energies (in a semi-scientific way -- everything is connected and is made up of everything else, quite literally; we share and merge atoms with animals, plants, stones, and so forth, even circuitry/technology. We do give off electrical impulses, after all). I think you can infuse or take energy into/from something, like a crystal. As far as totemism, I find culturally common impressions of an animal as well as their natural behaviors to be important (a lot of people don't seem to know that wolves are very shy and neurotic, for example). I see things like tarot, astrology, psychedelics, etc. as learning tools.

I've been reading about witchcraft and Paganism as well as practicing what I do "properly" since I was 10, but I was interested in mystical and esoteric concepts quite a while before then!

This stuff seems kind of crazy to me tbh.

But I'm just an asshole on the internet, don't mind my stupidity.

You do you, girls. Have fun being spooky.

My family (mainly my mother) was wiccan when I was really young, but we fell out of the religion when the local scene started to get pretty sketchy. But now that I'm off living on my own at university I'm starting to get back into things. I'm solitary, and following a pretty eclectic path right now, but mainly Wiccan teachings with a bit of hellenic paganism thrown in, and I'm a devotee of Pallas Athena. Does anyone else sometimes have trouble reconciling their ED and ED behaviors with their beliefs? I've started being a whole lot safer with how I'm restricting since I got serious about practicing, but I know that technically the way I'm losing weight is still really not healthy. My brain doesn't care, but sometimes I feel like I'm dishonouring the gods and goddesses with the way I'm treating my body. Is anyone else facing a similar struggle?
