I wanted to start a thread for people like me who take frequent body check photos but aren't comfortable posting in the thread amongst the smaller BMI bodies. It's exciting seeing your body transform over time as you either discover or rediscover parts of your body through weight loss. Sometimes you can only see how much progress you're making when you take photos of yourself and compare them to older photos. 

 

Here is one of my latest photos. I finally have a keyhole gap forming! Just last week it wasn't there at all. It's been years since my thighs haven't touched so seeing a small amount of light through my legs is incredibly exciting for me.

I'm envious of the thigh gap you've got. All those minion slippers are kinda creepy, although I do know a grown man who would wear them :P

Thanks :) I don't really have a thigh gap I only do if I push my knees out. Also this was at my low weight a week or so again and then I binged for a few days and put on 3kgs :/ but now I am only 0.6kg over my low weight.

My stats are currently: 5"8
SW: 200lbs, CW: 145 GW: 128

So I still have 17 lbs to go...

How'd you lose the weight/how long did it take you if you don't mind me asking. You look great!

Haven't lost any weight since yesterday (surprisingly lol) but also haven't binged like I wanted to. Anyway here is another leg check in jeggings. I am so frustrated with my cheeky almost thigh gap. This is with my legs just relaxed not knees pushed out so it is coming along.

How'd you lose the weight/how long did it take you if you don't mind me asking. You look great!

I have been trying to lose weight since Feb 3rd (so 6.5 months). I lost most of it in a mostly healthy way - restricting to 1,200 a day and making sure I hit 10,000 steps on my fitbit (though I ate pretty unhealthy food every day like chocolate and ice cream). So probably for about 3-4 months I was happy like this (with occasional slip ups and stuff) but then I started having bad thoughts and I was frustrated that it wasn't coming off faster. I started trying fasting and heavily restricting and that lead to binges and me giving up and restarting several times. In my graph you can see in the first like 3 months I was losing consistently with no gaining and then one big loss (that was when I first tried fasting) and other little losses after that and then big up and down fluctuations from binging -_-

 I am just over my lowest weight now (0.3kg above it). My new strategy (I have been following around 1 week since my last binge) is restricting more so (like a good day is <1000, sometimes I have just one small meal if I am not feeling hungry but other days I am ravenous and eat all day), working out more (trying for an hour of light/moderate exercise several times a week) and trying to "fuel my body" by eating healthy food (like eg todays breakfast was 200g veges with 1/4 cup instant gravy for 80 calories. That's very light for me - my breakfast of oats and banana yesterday was like 240 calories but I mix it up a lot). I am hoping this strategy works since I should feel better physically (from being active and eating well) and tone up more (so my body will look better even if the weight comes off slowly). Also I have been taking Lipo 6 diet pills. I find them so fab. Appetite suppression 10/10. If you search this site for them you will hear other people praising them a lot. Also they give me the energy to work out even when I haven't eaten much. If you have any other questions just ask.
