For me I always make a stir fry on my 200 days! It is super yummy and the WHOLE thing is around 200 (and it is a relatively big amount) 

I put in  a Carrot, a stick of celery, some broccoli and some tofu!! I sometimes sauté them w a little bit of oil and a ash of salt! It is super yummy

Tea made with light cream (6%)...25 cals in 2 TBSP! That means you could have 8 cups! Tea and coffee are my life.
This thread is seriously making me consider 2468.
Also...cabbage soup. 80 cals per bowl ( not sure what size they consider that to be) and super healthy and good for sensitive stomachs!

Great thread! 400, 600 and 800 threads would be good too... for some reason 800 is my hardest day. I always seem to go over!! It's too much that i make mistakes maybe.


I love 2468.

I usually load up on greenery and adde egg white and chilli for flavour.

I'm on a 200 day today.

my plan for today...


Coffee and skimmed milk (11) 

strawberries (20)


I've made a very light green vegetable soup which should be approx. (70cal) a large bowl


I plan on having a broccoli and tomato stirfry with some egg white at the end of the day that i would calculate at 70-80 cals.


 - with room for a couple of celery sticks or cucumber or extra coffee or even some tofu shiritaki noodles to make my dinner look like more

Perdue makes Perfect Portions Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts that are 150 calories each. You can make one at a time and keep the rest in the fridge or they last longer in the freezer! I usually cut on in half and add a couple pinches of seasoning to it and I feel like I'm eating an actual meal for 75 calories!

I found my favorite new safe food.
Chop a cherry tomato in half and on each half put a piece of fresh basil and a little piece of feta. Even if you eat 1/4 cup of feta, that's 100 calories. I think cherry tomatoes are 5 calories each? So you could eat like 10 tomatoes!

This is an incredibly helpful forum. I want to start 2468 but am really nervous about the 200 calorie days. My boss at work usually asks about 100x a day if I've eaten, so I end up eating in front of her to get her off my back. This gives me a lot of ideas about how I can I consume fewer calories but look like I'm eating a lot. If I come up with any good 200 cal ideas I'll be sure to share.

Soba noodles with gf soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and a boiled egg (180) Makes roughly a cups worth, good for when you need the fiber/protein combo

I'm not following the 2468 diet but here's what I did for my 200 calorie day:

One small oat/flax pita 60cal
4 TBSP marinara 40cal
1 wedge laughing cow mozzarella sun dried tomato cheese 35cal
1TBSP grated parmesan cheese 20cal

I put the pita pocket in the oven to crisp it up a little. Then I spread the cheese wedge on it, covered with marinara and sprinkled with the parmesan and broiled for a few minutes. 

I ate this with a grilled portabella mushroom cap 20 cal 

finally someone who is using up their 200 calories nutritionally! i see so many girls on here filling their 200 calorie says with coffee, diet soda and carbs. People need to pack as much nutrients and balance into that 200.

I'm necro bumping this because I spent too damn long trying to find it lmfao.

Today for 200 I had 2 slices of toast (60 calories each), 2 egg whites (in a nonstick pan), and half a tablespoon of jelly. Obv the eggs on one slice and the jelly on the other.
You could also do a serving of ramen (1/2 a pack) for 190 if you're having sodium or noodle cravings.
Tomato soup is always warm and comforting for me personally and you can add spinach etc to bulk it up, or have half a grilled cheese to feel normal or if you aren't allowed other options at dinner.
I usually don't low restrict, but in general, having one "sad meal" (plain rice cake, lettuce and carrot only salad, plain celery) to get rid of the munchies, and then a "real meal" later on to satisfy more of the nutritional needs helps me feel my best because it seems like I'm eating more since I get more food times.

Green giant has these cauliflower rice medly bags that are 75 calories for the entire bag. I steam that and add soy sauce (5 Cal's/table spoon). It's 100> cal stir fry :)

YOOOO I finally tried fat free wishbone! 2 cups of lettuce for 20 calories, tomatoes for 10, bell pepper for 10, mushroom for 10, wishbone for 35, and i prefer tuna as my protein but hard boiled egg whites or a small amount of chicken work too!
My latest addiction (as weird as it sounds) cream of mushroom soup for 70, and green beans (as much or as little as you'd like, I had 60 cal worth) and a slice of low cal bread. I dunno why but I'm obsessed. Must be the sodium!
For a sweet tooth, SMOOTHIES. 1 banana for 110, strawberries for 50, and spinach for 20. The spinach is tasteless I promise. Use lo cal sweetener for taste.

More 200 ideas:

Protein bars!
Protein powders and lo cal berries to make smoothies
Fruit snacks are 70-90 if sweet cravings are super bad.
Welch's fruit pops are 40
Halo top pops are 50

My salads lately have been: mozerealla 80, lean ham 30, lettuce 10, tomatoes 20, olives or pickles 10, and berries or a clementine for 30-50. I literally use a cut up cheese stick and a slice of lunch meat but it works for me 🤷‍♀️
