Great thread! 400, 600 and 800 threads would be good too... for some reason 800 is my hardest day. I always seem to go over!! It's too much that i make mistakes maybe.

I usually load up on greenery and adde egg white and chilli for flavour.
I'm on a 200 day today.
my plan for today...

LUNCH
I've made a very light green vegetable soup which should be approx. (70cal) a large bowl
DINNER
I plan on having a broccoli and tomato stirfry with some egg white at the end of the day that i would calculate at 70-80 cals.
TOTAL 181
- with room for a couple of celery sticks or cucumber or extra coffee or even some tofu shiritaki noodles to make my dinner look like more
