I have spraind my knee, so I can't really do so much to exercise.
It's about 2½ weeks since it happened (while I played badminton). The doctor said that there would go 2-3 months before I could use my leg/knee completely normal again, but it's just a very long time not to do anything!
I can now walk normally, or sort of. I can't stretch it all out or bend it totally, but I can walk.
But what can I do for exercising? I can't run or jump or anything, so is there someone with some good exercises, tips or anything?
