I start to get really lightheaded, have no energy, feel my heart racing and..what should I do instead of actually having to eat? Please help

It's probably from not having enough sugar! eat a lollipop or drink coffee or something with sugar in it like apple juice, chocolate milk, or an energy drink maybe? I don't drink soda so when I'm not eating I drink chocolate milk and walaa no dizziness or anything.(: I only have whole milk at my house so I use about 1/4 of how much I want and then dilute it with water for the rest! then 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup which is 100 calories! But sometimes I use more. If it's not food and it keeps me from passing out then I'm okay with the high cals. haha.(:

Could be low blood pressure or anemia too- try eating lots of pay broccoli (high in iron) or taking supplements, and drinking more water to increase your blood pressure x
