So I need a diet plan that gives me freedom to choose what I want to eat, and WW seems like it should work.

I found a free calculator for points per week and a calculator for the food, and it told me 6 weeks and I would be at my UGW of 110lbs.

I started on Monday, it's Tuesday.  I'm already down 1 lbs.  From 133 to 132.

WEEK 1:  22 points

WEEK 2:  21 points

WEEK 3:  21 points

WEEK 4:  21 points

WEEK 5:  21 points

WEEK 6:  20 points

WEEK 7:  20 points

WEEK 8:  20 points

Considering that fruits and veggies are 0 points, and I have a calculator that tells me the points when I enter the food and I am exercising about 30 minutes to 1 hour a day (not including a weekly hike or if I go out dancing)  I will have enough leeway if I have a binge, but I am going to try really hard not to binge.  I'll be posting my daily points allowance and how many points per meal, snack, and any exercise that I do.

WEEK 1

Day 1

Breakfast) 5         Lunch) 10         Dinner) 10          Daily points 22, Daily intake 25, excess of 3

I was walking in the mall for 6+ hours so I think that I negated those 3 extra points

Day 2

Breakfast) 4     Lunch) 7        Dinner) 15        Snacks) 5       Daily points 22, Daily intake 31, excess of 9

I was sitting with short walks throughout the day, but I didn't burn off those extra 9

Day 3

Breakfast)  5     Lunch) 18         Dinner) 15       Snacks) 5       Daily points 22, Daily intake 43  excess of 21

I basically fucking ate twice my limit today.  FUCK.  At least I went walking for 1 hour and cleaned for 1 hour, but it still isn't enough

Day 4

Breakfast) 5      Lunch) 10      Dinner) 14      Daily points 22, Daily intake 29  excess of 7

I played an hours worth of billiards, so I negated those 7, plus I walked over 7,000 steps today :)

Day 5)

Breakfast)  6     Lunch)  2     Dinner)  13    Daily Points 22, Daily Intake 21

YAY YAY YAY I'm finally within my point allowance.  Fruits and veggies don't count, but I counted my home fries within breakfast.  I'm just trying not to eat anything else for the rest of the night.  I'll watch a bit of tv and do some work and then go to bed

How are you doing today? Did you try to go back to the plan or try something else? Don't give up on the goal. Try other ways that are conducive to your lifestyle to get there. You can do it.

Hi, think I'm going to join WW tomorrow, I had a couple of weeks ago, and only stuck to it for 3 days, but felt lighter, of course I went off. I'm hoping I will get on, and stick to it this time.
