So I need a diet plan that gives me freedom to choose what I want to eat, and WW seems like it should work.
I found a free calculator for points per week and a calculator for the food, and it told me 6 weeks and I would be at my UGW of 110lbs.
I started on Monday, it's Tuesday. I'm already down 1 lbs. From 133 to 132.

WEEK 2: 21 points
WEEK 3: 21 points
WEEK 4: 21 points
WEEK 5: 21 points
WEEK 6: 20 points
WEEK 7: 20 points
WEEK 8: 20 points
Considering that fruits and veggies are 0 points, and I have a calculator that tells me the points when I enter the food and I am exercising about 30 minutes to 1 hour a day (not including a weekly hike or if I go out dancing) I will have enough leeway if I have a binge, but I am going to try really hard not to binge. I'll be posting my daily points allowance and how many points per meal, snack, and any exercise that I do.

I was walking in the mall for 6+ hours so I think that I negated those 3 extra points

I was sitting with short walks throughout the day, but I didn't burn off those extra 9

I basically fucking ate twice my limit today. FUCK. At least I went walking for 1 hour and cleaned for 1 hour, but it still isn't enough
