I ended up being told I lost 5 more lbs.

My brain is secretly like "yay" but also I need to start gaining around 10 weeks from now

Not really. I just haven't had an appetite and had a food aversion to most things.

Its getting better though cause I've gained some of that weight back.

First pregnancy i gained 36lbs with my LB, second gained 26 with my LG. I lost weight at the beginning of my second pregnancy though so weight gain overall was higher than just start to end, but i struggled more ED wise with that pregnancy.. i couldn't help but log and compare between pregnancy and watching youtube videos about pregnancy made it worse with their whole triggering "warnings" and advice, i had to stop watching and just trust the midwives advice. One thing that helped me to keep going was to remember that all that weight gain is your beautiful child, the fluid protecting them, and the placenta to help nourish them, and the rest to give you physical strength to keep going and to leave you in a better place though and after birth. Weight can always be lost after, but for now, focus on your little ones and taking care of yourself x
