24w2d, I've gained about 8-13 pounds. My scale says 8 first thing in the morning which is what I believe is accurate, the doctor's office says 13 because my appointments are always in the afternoon and they weigh me basically directly after lunch and a large bottle of water.
I haven't gained anything in the past month and I don't know why I can't seem to keep up with my metabolism anymore. My OBs and midwives still want me to gain a total of 25-35 pounds.

I'm trying to slow down though big time and get more conscious about what I'm eating and how much!

I was like what when she said I had to eat more. I said to her that I've been eating for England and I felt I was over eating. I guess that's just ED talking.

I've gained 20 lbs in 2 months because of my fear of harming my baby by worrying about what I eat too much. I feel the same way that I'd rather be bigger than I like than risk losing my baby!I feel absolutely awful about this but once I found out I was pregnant I was like "well hell I'm going to get fat anyway might as well just have fun while I can right?" At first it was really hard to eat normal for her but then once I actually started seeing my belly pop out more and more the easier it got for me to just eat and not care. Sadly though acting this way has caused me to already gain 30lbs at week 25
I'm kinda okay with it in a way though because I'd rather be a little over weight then loose her due to not weighing enough but I know it's going to be super hard for me to loose it all after her. Now I'm just trying my best to keep myself from gaining anymore weight. I know I'll Gain a couple more pounds by the end of this I just want to keep it at a safer pace instead of like 10lbs a month!
