Nice! I haven't tried the tamar valley yoghurt because I assumed it would be high cal like 5am etc. I'll add a few

- nestle chocolate mousse (it might be aero....it's about 50 cals)

-nestle forme yoghurt

-sugarfree ovaltine

-corn thins (they have flavoured ones now which are yum)

-black swan skinny hummus (imo the nicest low calorie hummus, nice consistency)

-icy poles (45 cals)

-Dairy farmers low fat cottage cheese (again imo the nicest consistency of all the brands, less watery than others I have tried).

-Aldi rice cracker packages-less than 100 cals and a good snack.

I'm also all about cup of soups. I think Country Cup chicken and corn is 80 cals and actually yum. Same goes with the tom yum in that brand. Sometimes when I want a sugary fix I buy Kellogs LCM bars.

I also saw Natures Valley have popcorn bars that are less than 100 cals but I am waiting for them to go on sale lol.

Ilu 💖

Although I'm from NZ, Aus and NZ are pretty much the same thing in regards to products, etc, so I'm fairly certain half of this stuff will be in NZ as well.

I'll try and add to this list when I get the chance (and will try and make sure the items are available in Australia as well 😄)

I pretty much live on the Aldi hot chocolate capsules. I don't use my coffee machine, I just cut a hole and pour the powder out. You can get away with not using the whole capsule (which is 50 cal each). I'm not sure what happened to the amaaaaazing flavours they had (mint, caramel, orange!) because my local one only has the rich flavour now.

The Chocolate Counter/The Bar Counter from Coles I think it is, are pretty good as a treat.
Same with Aussie Bodies protein cookies.
When it's cold I love tomato cup-a-soup. I split the pack and use half for each serve.
Laughing Cow light cheese wedges on celery.
Premium biscuit cracker things. I put the cheese on that with a bunch of pepper.

Charlie's The Skinny One tropical juice!!
38.5 cal for 200ml and it's DELICIOUS.

-soleil yoghurts (~57 cals)

-forme yoghurts (~70 cal)

-Bar counter protein bars (the salted caramel one omg) ~126 cal

-24/7 protein drinks (the vanilla one!) ~140 cal

-Aussie bodies mini protein bars ~97 cal

-sugar free soft drink is my life - the creaming soda & agrum ones especially

-Chobani yoghurt (the plain blue one) is like ~100 cal & i usually put a sachet of splenda in it to sweeten

-Paddle pops (banana is the best i reckon!) can't remember cals but they're low

-Never tried them but saw some low-cal noodles in coles that i might try out

-Reduced sugar up&go is a bit higher but good if i need more energy ~165 cal

-Syndian vegetable & lentil burger ~120 cal for 1

Someone mentioned the nature valley popcorn bars, they are SO GOOD. The peanut butter one, omg. So fucking expensive though. Jarrah hot chocolate sachets are OK- will be swapping out for ovaltine though one I've finished this pack. Theres also a few varieties of sugar-free hot chocolates..avalanche and vitarium do them I think but they're not great (I have only tried with plain hot water). If anyone ever finds the fucking banana flavour pls let me know.
