Yay Aussie food!
Whenever I have a mega chocolate craving I get the dark cocoa chia pod (The Chia Company is the brand I think), it's about ~150 cal but is vegan, dairy free, and has a decent amount of protein - and really hits the spot. The blueberry one is really yummy too - they're in the yoghurt bit at woolies :)

never tried miso soup but ill check it out! thanks xx

Just be extremely careful in reading the ingredients hun. Bonito is fish and can be found in many miso soups. I found that out the hard way. Unless you eat fish then go nuts.

I just wanna say that even though the no added fat/sugar Tamar Valley is like, a little more calorific compared to soliel and forme, its 100% worth it. It's like 80-90c per 125g which IS a bit small but it tastes SOOOOOO much more creamy and real tasting that forme (which is what I used to eat, I only very recently discovered the tamar multipacks) theyre so much more satisfying.

It's a long shot and I apologize for writing it here but I thought someone here might know... Calories in a bowl of subway salad? Is it really 150? (The website says 54cal per 100g, and it's about 300g). Would really appreciate if someone could clarify.. Having a little stressful moment :(

UPDATE: Ignore me on my low calories... Read "per 100g" then clicked on the menu for "per serving". I knew it sounded way off... Sorry guys

Nestle No Fat Yoghurt Soleil (60)
Obento Ramen (219, you've got to make your own broth though. It isn't a dried variety)
Nestle Cerelac 4 Months Baby Cerial (58. It's a small portion, but its filling and has probiotics)
Fangks Sugar Free Chocolate Milk Mix (14.6, I think the serving size is too large. I have a 3.65 calorie serving, 1/2 tbsp)
Psyllium Husks
Massel 7's Stock Cubes (6.3)
So Good Almond Milk (39, best brand they sell in my small city)
Greenseas Tinned Tuna (71 for the ones in brine and springwater)
Weetbix (107 per serving)
Vita-weat (90 for 4)
Food For Health Fruit Free Bars (88)
There are some fat free hot chocolates and coffee for ~50. I don't know the brand that does them, but I've been admiring them for awhile. I've had some that I've been given and I like them, but I can't jutify buying it
Milo custard cups are around 100
So are other custard cups actually

up and go is probably like the best thing ever!!! my favourite is the energise iced coffee flavour. they have reduced sugar versions though. other than that, weetbix, marmite and nescafe skim mocha sachets are the only ones i can think of. if you buy the whittakers mini chocolate bars or their sante bar its pretty low

btw heisenburg!! regular whipped cream isnt that many more calories

Jarrah hot chocolate mixes.

When I can't be bothered going to aldi for my hot chocolate (rich hot choc capsules are 50 cal) I just pick up Jarrah boxes from Woolies. I've got the mint hot chocolate atm which is 59 cal each sachet. If my cals are low enough by the time I'm ready for bed, I have one with half hot water and half skim milk. It's freaking delicious.
I'm excited to try their salted caramel one.
Their white choc is nice but obviously a bit higher in cal and pales in comparison to the Aldi white hot choc capsules (which apparently don't exist now? My heart is broken! Does anyone have an Aldi near them that still carries the flavoured capsules? I would pay through the nose for them!)

Vita-weats are amazing. Just a tip with the ramen: cook it in a separate pot to the broth and rinse well. It releases a glutinous substance that tastes horrible with miso (I like miso ramen). If you like ramen without soup, boil in a pot with water anyway. That glutinous stuff is baaaaad
Something else to note is that the hot chocolate and coffee mixes can be made woth twoce the amount of water and still taste amazing, but experiment. Some cuppa soups taste good watered down and some taste bad. I suspect it is the same thing.
