its 157 cal for 2 slices where I am
It’s the same nationally but maybe they changed it and haven’t updated the nutritional info on the website. Inconsistency drives me crazy haha

Hey Aussies. I posted about this elsewhere but seeing its an Aussie product mentioned on this thread before, I am hoping someone can help.
So, I was planning to try the 7 calorie konjac jelly I bought months ago but too scared of having. BUT I then saw it has 13 grams of carbs per serve. If it has no sugar and only 7 calories, how is this possible? Here is are some of the product I am referring to:
Jelly B Konjac Jelly - https://shop.coles.c...fAaArqsEALw_wcB
Please help explain this to me?

some methods of listing things count fibre in the total carbohydrates (i got a nasty shock entering quest bars into cronometer yesterday because cronometer counts fibre in the totals carbs, while quest nutrition info panels dont, they just list net carbs)Hey Aussies. Really? How interesting! So does it mean it’s still considered no carbs? Do you still count the carbs listed on the website for the Quest bars?

SPC less sugar fruit cups are great 42-44 cal each.
Good Yums kids yoghurt is 62-64 cal each https://shop.coles.c...strawberry-100g
I will FOREVER advertise the amazing Aunt Bettys Creamy Rice Pudding in Apple and Cinnamon (78 cal)
My fave bread is Coles Soft Wholemeal Sandwich bread (157 cal for 2 slices). Whats everyone elses fave bread? Also, whats your safe prepackaged meat choices?
I usually have the buttercup bread but it goes off really quick and feels like i’m eating air!! definitely gonna swap to the coles brand from now on.

These Simons Pantry wraps are 99cals each !! And fav meat is Primo Turkey slices which are like 50cals for three slices?? I think it’s 120cals for 100grams

So I was in Aldi today. Wondering what people’s thoughts are on the baby foods... I use to be addicted to then a while ago and just browsing at them today makes me wonder.... does anyone eat baby food purées anymore and in what capacity?
Also anyone had the Aldi ones?
I used to looove the baby food purées lol, hardly any calories plus they were yummy. I’d have 3 a day (breakfast lunch and dinner) when I was restricting at my lowest, but now it’s just when I’m having a bad day struggling to eat.
I wish I had aldi in my city but I have to settle for woolies.

I was looking at these the other day! I was thinking of trying the soft popcorn. Which ones do you recommend?
