Ok so yesterday I ate a piece of bread and 3 hush puppies. I'm on a diet. I had a baby on the 17th. I'm trying to go back to my goal weight of 110. I'm around 140. Well yesterday I was giving a customer a dance (please don't judge but I'm a dancer) and my legs could not stop shaking. This has never happened before and I think its because of me not eating. Do any of y'all have any tips on how to stop myself from shaking?

That sounds like low blood sugar. For a quick fix, eat 1 hard candy (24 calories) or something else sugary. If you don't want to get low blood sugar at all, you need to eat protein or carbohydrates. These break down slowly, and increase your blood sugar levels over the course of the day. Examples might be egg whites, yogurt, milk, or chestnuts.
