That sounds like low blood sugar. For a quick fix, eat 1 hard candy (24 calories) or something else sugary. If you don't want to get low blood sugar at all, you need to eat protein or carbohydrates. These break down slowly, and increase your blood sugar levels over the course of the day. Examples might be egg whites, yogurt, milk, or chestnuts.
