So perhaps this is morbid but I want to know if there are any moderately safe ways to make myself ill short term.
I've been out of my second job for a few months now, and since I'm down to 19 hours a week out of my house I've had to come up with all sorts of reasons for why I'm not eating when I am home. I can't always be gone. Sometimes I lie and say I am going out with friends but I'm just wandering, literally walking the streets, or taking the bus to nowhere and sitting places and staring at people, drinking my tea and listening to music or reading or writing and simply not eating.
And now it is the weekend and I just want to stay home in bed because I'm tired. I want to fake illness and look sick but people are suspicious (i live with four others) and I don't care if I am just vomiting or sitting on a toilet all day or half-dead in my bed. I thought of laxatives but the general opinion seems to be that they are awful, awful.
I'm on meds but I haven't taken them recently. I can't take more of them to make myself sick because I think I would just get sent to the ER (I take seroquel, depakote, ativan).
I don't even know if this topic fits here or if it even makes sense. I can't sleep and I'm going to walk to work tomorrow for the exercise and stay longer than usual and maybe just be deceptive about my whereabouts again. But it's getting rather tiring.
