I know the anorexic tendency to claim anything over 500 cal. in a day as "bingeing" can get annoying.We do know there is a difference in each illness for what that word means and we mean no disrespect
Bingeing does happen. And Its ok.
I think it would be good to have a nice little reality check.Anorexics do break their rules, we do "binge" and its ok to admit. So if you just binged,come here for some support and other like-minded people. Perhaps you can find comfort and some realistic expectations...who knows..maybe it'll help with some anxiety
I"ll start with my binge on Sunday,since that's the last time it happened-
I consumed within a 2 hour time frame I believe-
- 2 peaches
- 2 cups of green beans (straight from the can)
- 3 pieces of pizza
- 6 cookies
- 2 brownies.
