I love this thread. I kinda hope I don't have to use it for a while though. My anxiety is so bad but I am restricting pretty well because of it :s

I was going to do a juice and tea fast but I went and ate like 3 servings of sushi rice with ginger sauce and two servings of cereal before that :/
I dont even want to know the calories, it will make me feel worse

I punished myself though, and will fast tomorrow and the day after to make up for losing control and stuffing my ugly face.

Omg I got fries and onion rings yesterday too.. Gave it to my dad and just watched him eat it while I ate broccoli :/ Are you me lol

I didn't just binge but I kinda love the idea of this thread so I wanna participate

 

When I binge, I don't eat a "normal" amount. As in someone might have a couple slices of cake and consider that a binge, or maybe like a bag of chips, but when I binge I'll eat like 6 m&ms and a rolo and think of it as a binge. Does that make sense?

 

My last binge consisted of: a corner piece of a pan of brownies and handful of pretzels

Hmmm ya know what panettone is? if you dont, good for you. the smell is addictive as fuck. as someone who's actually pretty good with cravings, the fact that i cant stand against this stupid thing for three seconds is humiliating.

 

300 calories for 1/11 of the cake (who the hell cuts a cake into exactly 11 pieces) hmm lets eat THE WHOLE FUCKING THING.

 

okay in reality, i mini-binged on a bit less than 3/11, about 800 calories. fuccckkkkkkk

I've been sick and restricting. I ended up aimlessly walking three hours today because I got my schedule wrong. when I got back to work I scarfed down ice cream and fries. so many fries. and a soft pretzel. I feel like I ate a pillow.


This is such a prefect description of how I feel after binging on pretzles and cheese spread...feels EXACTLY like I ate a pillow :(

I love the idea of not being made to feel like shit with this thread when I say I binged on an entire package of tofu deli turkey (~100 cals).

I know some of the others think our definition of a binge is ludicris. But the amount of guilt, shame, hatred, exists at all levels to several varying degrees.

Thanks for this, I needed after some recent binge struggles I've had. Thanks again.

I've been bingeing so much lately :(
3 light rye cakes (180)
3 tablespoons Hummus (90)
A super cheesy quesadilla (idek)
So much freaking ice cream (1.5-3.0 cups)
Pumpkin spice granola (why is this in my house it's so goooood)
Too much quinoa (a lot)
And maybe a couple other things. Anywho, it came out as at least 1500 Cals. I'm too lazy and angry to count. :/

My dumb kid wanted burgers for dinner. At least I buy grass fed bison. I had mine and then did the mom thing where I finished his so in total I had 8oz of meat 1 1/2 buns, 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 whole tomato, and 3oz of cheese. Add in the cereal I ate earlier because I thought I was getting my usual grapefruit for dinner. Now I'm full and I miss my grapefruit :(

I am so mad at myself! I basically binged like 3-4 days in a row and gained back 5 pounds. Just today I ate a stack of crackers, some gummy worms, 3 pieces of pizza, 4 mini cupcakes, and a ice cream cone! It was even worse yesterday. I'm gonna fast for 5 days or more and try hard to stick to that. 

 

My goal by a week or two is 120 lbs

 

Right now im 135lbs :(

So is this thread only for restrictive subtypes? Not mad at all if that's the case. My binges are super ridiculous being b/p subtype, and comparable to some bulimics' binges.

i ate a baby bell cheese and some veggie straws (completely unplanned, idk why i felt the need to mindlessly eat these) even though i was almost at my cal limit... im still under 1000 so technically im fine but that extra ~135 cal was rlly unnecessary fml
