Upgraded Miso Soup. Usually I just do a very simple miso that adds up to 18kcal but here is a version with more calories. Don't know why there was so little soup in this but oh well

Miso Paste (I use white miso) 1 small tbsp

Soy Sauce 1tsp

Garlic 1tsp

Rice Noodles 25g (or less, I cant really remember how much I used)

Spring Onion 1 medium

Carrot 1 small

Mushrooms 3 small

Pak Choi 100g

(I also like to add a little mushroom stock cube, which has at most 5kcal)

kcal - 181

Craving hot dogs? There are many vegan options. to bad mostly of them have plenty of calories. And let not forget the bun..

This option only has 112,3 calories! And that is included the potato bread (instead of a bun), chili ketchup, sweet mustard, tabasco and a vegetable sausage from Ikea.

I ate three and ended up with 337 calories.

Ahh I just wanted to say that I love your signature! Homura is my absolute favorite and I never thought I would see someone else that likes PMMM here! That scene will always be so meaningful and beautiful despite the events that led up to it. I'm so looking forward to the new movie, let's hope it turns out great!

To be honest, I don't really like PMMM that much as a story (mainly due to the weird dialogue, underdeveloped relationships and rushed events).

I LOVE the visuals, the music and its concept, cuz I'm a sucker for character A tries to save character B in a time loop, but the plot line's execution was a bit poor imo. Rebellion was amazing though, it really redeemed the franchise for me. Kyoko and Homura are definitely my favorites.

Also, Homura is lowkey thinspo, her legs are goals.

That lentil soup looks so good! Can I ask for the recipe?

Sure :)

50g dry lentils, brown or green (or 1 can pre-cooked)

~25g carrot, chopped

~25g onion, chopped

~30g red or green pepper, chopped

2 garlic cloves, whole

About 700ml water

Optional 2-3 leaves of spinach or ramson leaves

1/2 tsp of each: salt, pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried savory

2 tsp paprika powder

2 ml oil or a bit of low-cal oil spray (necessary!)

1. Bring the water to a boil and add some salt and the vegetables. If the lentils are dried, add them too and let them cook.

2. About 20-30 minutes later, take a non-stick pan, heat up some oil/oil spray on it and "fry" the paprika powder on low heat.

3. Once the paprika darkens a bit (be careful not to burn it!), stir it around the pan so it can "fry" evenly and then add some of the water from the pot in the pan. The paprika serves as a thickener just like flour does, and it asborbs lots of water easily, so stir it in carefully.

4. Pour the paprika-water mixture from the pan to big pot, turn off the stove and stir the soup. If you leave it overnight in the fridge, it thickens a bit more.

It's a traditional Balkan recipe :)
