Any exercise is better than no exercise, try to take it slow and eat for healthy and your body's physical function of it's organs, instead of just weight loss, the slower you lose with a healthier diet, the healthier your body will be even if it is underweight, it's best to have strong bones and fully functioning, healthy organs on an underweight person, than having their organs shutting down from severe malnutrition which can cause many health problems and could even lead to an early death...
Do this for yourself, you deserve to be ok and you deserve to have a body you are comfortable in, try to relax and take it slow, remember to breathe, remember to take care of your body in the ways of personal hygiene, diet, exercise and important responsibilities such as work and schooling, remember to study and never stop learning and expanding your mind (it'll lessen the likelihood of Dementia symptoms in the future too!), remember to take every situation as open minded and neutral as possible; there's no reason to jump to anger if you do not know the person or full situation, and if there are logical reasons why a thing happened, and looking at both sides of the argument means you aren't ignorant and stubborn, but are trying to figure out what the most logically best solution to something and coming to the best conclusion that pleases the most people, inc. yourself.
It is not weakness to admit you are wrong about something, it is strength, as think what is harder to do? If you are wrong and are given evidence, accepting it is stronger than getting angry and telling the other person they're wrong and being ignorant and defensive for no reason/etc.
Try not to label yourself, as it can get you stuck in the label and need to continue to do things to stay in the label, instead of working on self improvement and general improvement of life and the world around us... so know that you can escape labels, and know that labels don't have to be permanent, we control our lives and we should take responsibility to make the world a better place and to make our lives as good as we can for ourselves too, think what you would do or want to happen in a situation, not what being such a label means you "should" think like or do, you are you and it is the only you that you have got, let's make it a positive thing, and do our best to the best of our ability... instead of blaming others or sticking to certain mindsets that are damaging for all involved and cause more anxiety and stress than happiness and change...
If you can't change it, there is no reason to worry about it, if you can change it, there is no reason to say it is impossible and somebody else's fault and not take responsibility for our own actions, stay neutral, safe, work on self improvement, take it as slow as you like as anything is better than nothing, even brushing our teeth once a day is better than never brushing them at all, 10 crunches is better than 0 crunches, eating a piece of fruit a week is better than never eating a piece of fruit at all... and hopefully you get where I am going with that lol
