108-112 "active state" at my height which is 5'6", 119 absolutely max. Staying active while in that weight range, resulting in basically being ripped to shreds since i've weighed as much as 145 in the past 3 years and have a fully developed man's upper body. Oddly enough i'm really strong for my size. But i've never been a couch potato, even at my HW i was still working out. 

 

If i'm not working out, like 93 at lowest honestly.

My goal is to get to 99lbs (BMI 13.8 for me), but if I get there, I'd probably want to keep going, so really I don't know.

i don't know, my lowest was 88lbs and i liked how i looked but i think anything under 100 would be great. my first goal is 116 and i guess i'll just go from there. ive not relapsed in 5 years so idk what i'll look like at this point in my life at that weight, if that makes sense

I don't know yet. This change in behavior and mindset is fairly new for me, less than a year old. I'm currently losing as quickly as I can manage, and still function at a level that keeps concern off. I can't decide whether I'm angry enough to die from this.

Im 5'7-5'8 (i thought i was 5'7.75 but the stupid doctor said just 5'7) and my lw was 104.4, but i know i cant function doing physical work at that so im gona tell myself im stopping at 115 this time (just like i told myself last winter)

it's recovery time I guess

About 145lbs but I'm more bothered about lowering body fat, currently at 12% but want to be at about 8% for more prominent abs

I currently have a BMI around 14.4, but i want to have one around 18.5. Being skrawny is gross, i'd rather be slim and a bit toned.

My torso holds the most fat... legs and arms are pretty much fine now... I'd like to be around BMI 17 and actually look underweight as damn... it is a bit annoying to be underweight and not have a flat stomach yet... albeit it's a lot small than it was, but that final chubby chub needs to go away and then go inwards for me to be happy... or at least show abs... flat and abs or concaved... the men on my father's side are like the Dwarfs from Lord of the Rings so I pretty much am fighting that with my genetics (I took after him, a lot, ugh) ...

 

I guess BMI 17 would be nice, and hopefully thinning... I just want to have no specific chubby bits of annoyance on me... I've been trying for so long that I feel like my head is just above water at this point...

 

 

The only positive thing is my ED relapse improved my blood tenfold... they have no idea I relapsed either, haven't even noticed the 16 kg loss, but it is different specialists each time so that's lucky... can't believe I improve my blood with my "dieting"... I guess the health conscious me has actually paid off...

 

BMI 17-ish, or about 45 KG would be nice, as long as I look it... I feel like I'm nearly "there" ... I wish spot reduction was possible...

I want to have my ribs countable, my spine and hipbones showing and sticking out....that´s all! No matter what weight or BMI it wil be. Lean and shredded to the max.
