got all of this from my local spar for £3! If you’re in the uk you can the app TooGoodToGo and so many stores do really cheap bags of food that’s close to the best before. Really happy with mine, veggies, fruit and thins for me and the rest is for my boyfriend.

My order has finally arrived !! Ordered a bunch of stuff from MyProtein love their products so good and affordable. Also got two leggings cause they were on sale (half price!!) let me know if you’d wanna see a pic.

Overview:

Got chocolate and vanilla casein protein. Read that baking protein cakes is much better with casein instead of whey.



Got a pre workout. Exotic fruit flavored. Love the tingling.



Also got a speculoos flavored whey so exited to try it! And got the vegan chocolate protein and whey sample for free cause I’ve ordere way too much stuff!

Felt like such an idiot in the store the other day getting stuff to sip on during a liquid fast (bleach not included in that). Also, the label says these protein bars are £2 but I think somebody fucked up because they scan through for 20p   148kcal for 15g of protein and they taste great so I've been grabbing a couple every time I'm in to stock up while they're cheap!

When I get groceries it looks nothing like any of these. I have to get groceries for the whole family so it's a huge amount of food including animal products. I am very jealous of how small and beautiful these all look. I will probably post up my family sized haul tomorrow as it's grocery day.

Sometimes I'll try shopping separately
But that usually winds up me spotting 10 items for her and 1 or nothing for myself...and then I of course money wise am going to select her items first...

I've always been interested in protein powder but always hesitant to buy some because I hate stuff that tastes way too artificial, like those flavordrops that fitness instagrammers keep posting.
Since you ordered so much I'm super interested; how do they taste and what are you planning to use it for?

Super excited about the protein ice creams (salted caramel and pb) and lowcal Italian dressing. Also absolutely love the sf Christmas Coke, so glad they still had it in store.

Besides that I grabbed some fruit and veggies, yoghurt, almond milk, pickles, protein bars, Monster, Corny free and this cronchy bread.

Managed not to binge on everything at once, yay me lol.
