My today's food haul

First picture: I bought a giant box of wholly guacamole, they're only 100 cal a portion (only one little box pictured), my favorite oatmeal 150 cal sugar free, two packs of puff pastries, they're less than 250 cal for one pastry ! Organic baby carrots, a clover leaf tuna with tika massala sauce, Amy's bean and rice burrito, some soy cheese spread ( sojami), amy's soup, another tofu spread, some powdered PB, and low cal low sugar jam, a vegan cashew cheese goat style and finally some chocolate covered blueberries.

2nd picture: plain rice cakes, some pea crisps, dates and roasted chestnuts (my favorite snack!)

I personally think they're fine, they're a bit moist and obviously cold in comparison to the fresh ones, but they're good :)

How many calories are in Tesco's own brand baked beans? I usually get Heinz.

I don't have a picture but I went to whole foods today and picked up a small container of watermelon, apples, edamame, canned corn, baby carrots, and hummus. I didn't want to get too much because I'm going home next weekend and I didn't want the produce to go to waste. Whole foods is close to my dorm though so I can always pick something up when needed rather than having it sit in front of me.

I love this thread

I will definitely post when I go shopping next.

Also, I'm jealous of the things available in other countries (I don't think we have Trader Joe's in Canada and I REALLY want to find that 35 cal bread someone mentioned .... dang :( )

Another snack haul for me, i came across these products on sale so i decided to give them a go!
Every single serving of these products is 100 calories, even the smoothie blend !

I love prepackaged stuff, it makes calorie counting so easy !

When I get groceries it looks nothing like any of these. I have to get groceries for the whole family so it's a huge amount of food including animal products. I am very jealous of how small and beautiful these all look. I will probably post up my family sized haul tomorrow as it's grocery day.

Same here! Family of 5 and I hate shopping more than once a check!! I usually do an "everything" trip and go back to touch up veggies and fruit if we run out.

This is what my cart usually looks like...

Another grocery haul. Some of the stuff was put away before I remembered to snap pictures of everything

af0db4d186f05a3a95b215c47f4be61f.png

Pictured: Bag of Spinach, 4 Bell Peppers, Whole seedless Watermelon (Man I was having a watermelon craving something fierce. I was so happy it was on sale), 2L carton Vanilla Unsweetened Cashew Milk, 1LB Raw Yellow Wax Beans (I love munching on these), Nori Furikake (Basically Sesame Seed, Salt, Sugar, and Seaweed mix to sprinkle on rice and ramen, that kinda thing), Store packaged mixed Berries, Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Pouches (I ate one while I was putting stuff away. Super tasty), 4 Luna bars (So happy they were on sale. 2 Lemon zest, 1 Smores, and 1 Walnut Brownie), 2 Kiwis, a Bunch of Scallions, and a pack of sugar free Jucy Jells (Which I was so happy to find out were vegan friendly)

As for the stuff I bought that already got put away... (Unpictured: 2lb fresh Strawberries, 1 bunch of Celery, President's Choice brand Cookie Butter [I caved for this and don't actually regret it], 6 pack Whole Wheat Pita Breads, 5lb bag Yellow Potatoes, 300ml bottle Pure Maple Syrup, 900g bag of Quick Oats, 24 pack Coke Zero)

It's my first time trying them. Had a birthday cake one and was surprised at how cake-y and buttery it tasted. People in the UK are so lucky. (Sure I can order stuff online but the shipping to Portugal from ProteinPick&Mix and similar websites is so expensive.)

I thought I wouldn't have to buy so much food now that I'm back at my parent's place but this is what happens when people eat my fruit:

Going to make them spend their money on almond milk and Skyr because poor. :(
