Food for the week: yogurts for breakfast, larabars for lunch, fruits for snack, and I'm gonna make an avocado cucumber salad for dinner every night this week using the rice in my pantry. Also I'm addicted to this watermelon seltzer a75053a0cf130fb5b8c727d267dfe142.jpg

Sounds amazing! Where in the UK do you buy them?

I've been to the UK before but never lived there. (Hopefully, I will soon, though.)
Anyway, everything in the pic was ordered from ProteinPick&Mix. You might be able to find it in some stores but idk.

I don't have a picture but I went to whole foods today and picked up a small container of watermelon, apples, edamame, canned corn, baby carrots, and hummus. I didn't want to get too much because I'm going home next weekend and I didn't want the produce to go to waste. Whole foods is close to my dorm though so I can always pick something up when needed rather than having it sit in front of me.

Lucky!!! I love whole foods ❤️❤️❤️

I love these "post your grocery hall" forums. I get giddy looking at them. I'm going to post the next time I go food shopping.

Pumped bc I bought figs for the first time. Usually they're so expensive where I live.. Like 3$ CAD per fig but I found a little carton of figs at Costco for 6$ yay! They're my absolute favourite in so excited

Sorry that there was so much food you can't tell what everything is lol

I feel kinda creepy, but since I work at a grocery store, I always dissect someone's order and then attach it to their appearance to see if it matches.

I worked at a grocery store this summer and totally did that too. It's so hard not to judge when an obese person just buys chips, candy and soda.

Grocery haul. My favourite new discovery right now is these 15-cal fruit cups. I just had one and it was amazing and hydrating, too. Can't believe it's only 15!Attached File  image.jpeg   197.72KB   601 downloads

Don't have a picture but with my new juicer finally here had to stock up on cucumbers, strawberries, carrots, and apples! My strawberry/cucumber juice is amazing and only around 100c per 10oz. Yay for juice dinners!

The usuals:
Tomatoes, celery, yam, cucumber, banana, kiwis, plums, mushrooms, carrots, sweet peppers, grapes, apples, almond milk, coconut yogurt, hummus, seltzer water, agave, peanut powder (I prefer this brand over PB2 any day), seaweed, snap pea crisps (on sale so I got like 4 bags lol), quinoa puff's, & a single coconut candy that I get whenever I for shop without a panic attack as a treat hahahaha oh god I'm pathetic.

New stuff for special recipes to try:
Tahini spread (I'm going to attempt to make my own hummus), canned pumpkin (for homemade pumpkin spice english muffins!), bee pollen (supposed to be a great super food, we'll see)

Mine! I come home from the hospital yesterday, so all the veggies and tofu are from yesterday, and also the oatmeal and candy, that I am not sure I will be eating. The rest I had at home, just put it one so you can see my plan. I guess that the crispbread will take me at least a month to eat all, on less I got a crispbread craving 😉 Norwegian and vegan 😊
Ps the deep fried tofu less fat then other tofu that are cheap 😊
