This time last year I was about 205 pounds. (im 5 foot btw) I had a lot of family stress and stopped eating
The only time I would eat was when my brother picked food up for me. So it was junk food. However I would
stress clean for HOURS at a time. So in about 6 months I lost about 55 pounds. All from stress though so..

after a year of stalling i currently bounce between losing and gaining the same 10lbs because i wasnt physically ready to lose weight again, even though i tried many times

And all that weight in only a year? Please share your tips !!I have lost 105 lbs so far (230-125) 5'7. I did it all with regular diet and exercise minus 27 lbs lost from the Master Cleanse (when I went from 180-153). I lost all of that weight in a year. That was 10 years ago and my weight has fluctuated between 120-125 ever since. In the past year however, I have lost 5 lbs but have gone from 22% to 19% BF through weightlifting and proper diet. It has made by far the most difference in how I look. I currently just started a 1000 cal diet to lose ideally another 10 lbs of fat.
I DO NOT recommend the master cleanse, ever. My stomach has been messed up ever since and I can't even smell cayenne pepper without wanting to puke. I did it for 27 days in July quite a few years ago. It was unpleasant in pretty much every way: tastes terrible, constant cravings, upset stomach/violent diarrhea, skin broke out in a rash, shivered non stop despite how hot it was, etc.
Effective yes but any other juice cleanse would work just as well and you'd feel a million times better with actual nutrition.

My HW was 198 or something around there, and my CW is 157, however it took me like 3 years of yo-yo dieting and extremely slow progress. would not recommend.

I've lost about 60 overall but its definitely been over the span of several years not all at once.
I lost 50lbs in 2015 from 180 to 130, that took about 6 months.
Then I had a long rebound period where I gained as high as just short of 150, but I spent about 2 years in the 140 range, mostly between 140 and 147.
In 2018 and 2019 I yoyo'd between 131 and 142 and in very late 2019 I saw 130 for the first time since that initial 2015 weight loss. Then I saw high 120s, 128/129 for the first time in early 2020. Then I gained back up to 142 again early in the quarantine, but then dropped back down and I've seen 120 once so far but I've been yoyo'ing between 121 and 125 since summer.
My actual goal is 110.
I eat anywhere between 800 and 1400 comfortably, up to about 1600-2000 with moderate anxiousness. I do intermittent fasting as a lifestyle, typically 16/18 but I may fast a little more or less depending on how I feel. I recently started incorporating 24-hours fasts after binges.
Compulsive over exercise is part of my ED, which I'm trying to regulate so I can go longer without binge periods or have shorter binge periods. But regular activity is apart of my lifestyle regardless of ED.

This was the start of my eating disorder and it went from mild dieting to flat out anorexia very quickly, I didn’t binge often, even though I thought I did. I overexercised and did a lot of intermittent fasting. I mainly survived off diet soda and coffee. I did between 10k-20k steps a day, just mindlessly walking back and forth in my living room while on my phone. Weirdly enough a lot of my diet was sugar or fake sugar, and I even ate snacks like chips, but if I did that would be my only meal for the day. I was very strict with myself over the amount I ate, counted calories to the decimal. My normal range at first was 800-1200 for maybe the first month, maaaaybe two. But, after that 800 was the absolute max and soon after it felt like I was binging if I went over 600. By the worst point in that part of my eating disorder I think I fasted every other day and only ate 450 calories max. So for each week I had no more than 2000 calories, if even.
I do NOT recommend. I know a lot of people here have different eating disorders and a lot glorify really strict anorexics as being the “goal” but believe me it is not worth it at all. I didn’t notice my weight loss at all and I felt so so ugly the entire time.
