Just wondering, because I think it's important to know. My parents are A+ and B+, my bro and I are AB+

If you don't know yours, do you know your parents'?

No idea, but I'm about to because I'm signing up to donate bone marrow. It's actually a lot less scary than it sounds, the technology is advanced/relatively pain free now.

Yep, A-

Both my parents are too. I donate blood all the time, that's the only reason I know.

Yes. I didn't know until a month ago actually. I had to find out for pregnancy.

My mom is O+, I'm O+, and my dad is B+ I believe. He thought he was AB+ at first, but I learned about blood typing in biology and told him that wouldn't be the case (mine and my mom's blood type are confirmed). He found out not long after that his was indeed B+.

O- in the house! I donate regularly too, so sometimes restricting's an issue (as are my iron levels). Dunno what I'll do once I drop below the minimum weight category, either  :(

And to those who don't know their blood type, PLEEEEAAAASE find out! If not, and you ever need blood transfusions, you'll get O- blood, which is in VERY short supply. Which means that people w/ O- (like me, who can't receive any other blood type) might not be able to get blood if it indeed runs out.

Also, if you're eligible to donate, please do!

Sorry for the blood PSA. It's a subject I'm rather passionate about...

I have no idea. I'm pretty sure I asked my doctor once but never got an answer. How do you find out?

My mum is an O (not sure if + or -) and idk about the sperm donor

I really, really wish that I knew. I was adopted and my "mother" doesn't seem to care what it is. She also doesn't know my SS number or my phone number and on occasion how to spell my name.
