Just watched a clip about this from Dr. Oz this morning, clip was from back in February or something (idk, I don't watch Dr. Oz) but I was wondering if anyone here has heard of it or tried it before? It's supposed to block your liver from converting sugar & carbs to fat and suppress your appetite. This is according to Dr. Oz and a Dr. Chen that he had as a guest on the show. Dr. Chen says that the supplement is good for "emotional eaters" since it's an appetite suppressant. I stopped listening a bit at this point, but I vaguely remember something about studies showing actual changes in body composition with a reduction in fat cells and increase in lean muscle mass in test subjects. This shit always sounds too good to be true, but I wanted to know if anyone here has tried it out.

I tried it for two months and gained weight. I used to be able to lose weight quite quickly when I tried, but after that shit it feels next to impossible to lose anything! I don't know what it did to my system but my advice would be to avoid it!! Don't waste your money.

Ack, that's terrifying! Thanks for sharing. I imagine it might affect certain people differently, but that's not worth the risk for me when there are other options.

It always sounds too good to be true...
I was curious for this as well...
But I remember one easy solution: just don't eat ^_^
