Drink more water and take another bite, it’s alright

knowing it won’t stay down tonight.

Force it in until you’re sick and packed,

then keeping stuffing until you crack.

Fingers or toothbrush, it doesn’t matter the tool

You’ll get it up and that’s the only rule

Binging and purging more everyday

Step on the scale to see what you weigh

Another pound down, so how can you stop

Stuffing yourself full of disgusting slop

Promise yourself that you just won’t eat

Cause you’re throwing up blood until you’re weak

It’s disgusting you know but you won’t give it up

Because just another pound is never enough
