Ok so i'm embarking on what I like to call the "Jello Diet".
- Eat no sugar jello (total 10 calories per cup)
- Can ONLY eat that Jello and nothing else (can eat many different flavors as long as it's no sugar and 10 calories)
- No carbonated drinks (unless they are zero calories)
- No juice
- Can eat as many as you want (they're only 10 calories!)
I'm going to try to update this thread as often as possible. PLEASE give me some support!
