Ok so i'm embarking on what I like to call the "Jello Diet".



  1. Eat no sugar jello (total 10 calories per cup) 
  2. Can ONLY eat that Jello and nothing else (can eat many different flavors as long as it's no sugar and 10 calories)
  3. No carbonated drinks (unless they are zero calories)
  4. No juice
  5. Can eat as many as you want (they're only 10 calories!) 



I'm going to try to update this thread as often as possible. PLEASE give me some support!

Start Weight: 152.0 lbs (68.9 kg)
