Any tips to get an extra boost during that half way point? Ive been getting exhausted a lot at work and sometimes a little dizzy and its not from lack of water. I don't drink coffee so what is a good substitute for that extra pick me up?

I totally agree! I always take b12 supplements when I fast and it makes a huge difference!

I had this same problem, i started taking two prenatal vitamin, and bcomplex vitamin twice a day and it helps sooo much! I make sure to take the bcomplex before my daily run and ive really noticed a difference
Also if ur old enough, bronkaid is amazing! I just started yesterday and the ephedrine in it works like a charm
Good luck :)
