I ate like 2,000 calories today and went from 89.8 to like 92.4 because my dumbass decided to binge. I haven't it awhile so i forgot how long it takes to lose the weight. How long does it normally take you guys?

Depends on the binge, but usually around 1-2 days if I eat nothing the day right after and keep to 700-800 cals the day after that. As long as binging isn't a regular occurrence, any weight gain following a binge will be water weight and easily flushed out.

Maybe 2-3 days, give or take a couple. I usually pop some gentle lax to push the food weight. It can take a couple more days if I actually gain legitimate weight from a binge though.

the weight gain is obviously vastly water weight, which for me typically is completely back down by day 3.

2-3 days. I try to just do 1000-1200 those days after, not beat myself up. Heavily restricting or fasting just leads to a rebound binge. Long term, this works MUCH better for me.

Some of that weight can be water weight from all the sodium u may have had on your binge day.
Drink water and eat as u normally do and I bet u'll get back down there in 2 or 3days.
I had a weekend (the one before last) where I ate more than I wanted to, but then I got it back on track :) I think a lot of it was bloat.

Depends. If I purge immediately, half an hour.
If I use magnesium to purge some hours later, several hours, but still. Gone.

I cannot see a gain and wait for it to go.

Depends on how far over maintaining you are. If you only are 2,000 calories today I imagine you aren't going to gain any real weight. What you are seeing now is water and food weight.

I eat whatever i want on the weekends which usually means 1400- i wont gain or more than that means it cuts into a day where i ate 800 so i could eat 2000 for two days and not gain based on a weekly average

I agree, it depends on the binge, but 2-3 days for me usually. I binged twice this week :( it took three days to get back to the weight I was before those binges.
