I'm new to this site and to being pro ana but i'd like to make a serious life change right now. I'm so fed up with flab, fat and not being able to look nice! Since i'm so new, I've never fasted before nor done a pro ana diet. I read somewhere that this is a great transitional diet to do before trying any other diet. Have any one done it? if so.. results? 

 

Today I finished my first day, i did OK, went over 20 cals. but i'm incorporating 2 liters of water min. and not counting exercise cals burned to the total net cals consumed so i see results quicker

I've also just started this diet jus to see how I get on! It's easier than the abc but I find that I still go under these calorie counts anyway, Good Luck!

Check in, it's the start of day 3 and I just weight myself this morning. I've lost 3.6lbs so far!

This is a difficult amount of calories for me. I prefer to be *very* strict during the first few weeks of a diet. If I go over 300-500kcal in a day I feel like garbage end up binging. I feel like the day is already lost.

Totally beating me! I'm on day 8 and i've only lost 4lbs.. 1.8kg :( Way to go though! I'm not stoping thought because i had 3 or so bad days my first weeek! :( I'm on track now

This is actually probably the best diet for someone who is just starting on restriction. This is how I eat on a regular basis and I stay at a slim weight. Anything over 1,2000 or fatty foods I purge of course.

I think I'll start this tomorrow, it seems like a good guide for what I'm trying to do although I won't be subtracting exercise calories.
