I'm new to this site and to being pro ana but i'd like to make a serious life change right now. I'm so fed up with flab, fat and not being able to look nice! Since i'm so new, I've never fasted before nor done a pro ana diet. I read somewhere that this is a great transitional diet to do before trying any other diet. Have any one done it? if so.. results?
Today I finished my first day, i did OK, went over 20 cals. but i'm incorporating 2 liters of water min. and not counting exercise cals burned to the total net cals consumed so i see results quicker
