I definitely need to start this diet! Any idea what to do/how to work off calories if you go over?

 

Easy - just do whatever you preferred cardio workout is for 30-60 minutes. I do a lot of walking, and I love to do Les Mills Combat routines - I just forget about the time, and then suddenly, sweat-drenched workout that totally distracts me.

Wow well done on that weight loss!!  :wub:

I wouldn't have thought such a great loss would be possible on a plan like this where the calories are so much higher than other plans but, obviously it is very possible!

I've been getting stricter with my exercise again lately and am finding that I do need more nutrition in order to get the most out of it, so I think this plan will suit me!

The trick is going to be sticking to it!  Usually a week or 2 into a plan I start hunting for new plans, which is pretty ridiculous!

 

I'm weighing in on Monday so, will let you all know how it goes!

Check in, it's the start of day 3 and I just weight myself this morning. I've lost 3.6lbs so far!

Is that with fruit and veggies being free or no?

I've now rounded out at 86kg! Given that I started at 92kg, that's just awesome. :)

Will check in at the end of week 3. Can wait to see how I go by the end of it.

I think I'm going to officially drop the HSGD because I pretty much have anyway. I get weird when I'm supposed to adhere to someone else's calorie count which I always seem to forget when I'm not on a specific diet haha. It worked well for the two weeks I was on it, though. Would definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

Its my 1st day on this diet!!! Its 8:52pm and my calorie intake is under requird 900 with the half dr.oetker pizza for dinner. I feel really bad about the pizza but also happy about the intake. I need some support!!! :(

Here are my stats:

Height: 171cm
SW: 63.7kg
CW: 58,9kg

1. Goal Weight: 55kg
2. Goal weight : 52kg
3. Goal weight : 50kg
Dream weight: "48 kg"

Hey, don't feel to bad about the pizza! One unhealthy meal won't make you fat, tomorrows a new day so you can start again!

I always count everything i eat, fruits and veggies included!

I'm really thrilled that this diet have a large support group! I think it's great for people who aren't able to hardcore resrict under 400cals or less, like in other diets. I'm really happy that everyone is checking in as well!

CHECK-IN: a miscalcuation on my last check in. In total i've lost 12.2 lbs or 5.5 kgs! Almost at GW 1!

I started this diet today at 12:00pm, easier because I only have an 8hour eating block, and can fast from the moment I wake up until 12:00pm again :P

 

The amount of calories also makes me nervous, so I stretched it out to a 30 day diet, each day of the next week deducts 100 calories.

 

I'm also doing the skinny girl diet next, followed by the skinny pink diet

 

90 days woop! :P
