I am so jealous!!! I'm so afraid of eating u healthy foods! On the other hand, I often go for cereal and such over real food when the thought of "food" and feeding my body hurts it's so scary. Guess it's what I did as a kid as someone else already said.

Calories in calories out. When I was at my lowest, I lived on 100 grams of milk chocolate and Coke Zero basically.
