This would end up making me binge like crazy. But I'm glad it worked for you!

I am so jealous!!! I'm so afraid of eating u healthy foods! On the other hand, I often go for cereal and such over real food when the thought of "food" and feeding my body hurts it's so scary. Guess it's what I did as a kid as someone else already said.

I’ve been dieting using sweets for years. It always works for me. Regular food fucks me up!

So that's how my cousin's girlfriend stays so skinny. She eats very healthy and vegetarian, with barely or no salt added at all. But she also eats lots of candy. Which, to be honest, I can't see her doing that, since she is a nutritionist. But who am I to judge?

I’m estimating that you ate approximately 1000kcal.

2 cupcakes: 500
1 sneaker bar: 250
Pretzels: 100
Other sweets: 200

There’s no science here... just low kcal intake.

Calories in calories out. When I was at my lowest, I lived on 100 grams of milk chocolate and Coke Zero basically.

Do you have to replace every meal with sweets or can it just be 1 or 2 along with healthy meal(s)?

I'm lowkey dying to try this, but I'm really worried that one day I'd want to get back on track to stay healthy but wouldn't because I'd have a sugar addiction

It’s probably because of the lack of sodium but if you eat under your TDEE you’ll lose real weight too.

I’m too scared to do these types of diets because even though water will come off short-term, I’m scared of gaining fat in the process
