So it's really tempting to try this diet, and I know I'll lose weight if I don't screw up.

 

I'm just worried that I'll break and binge, then just lose any motivation. 

What are some stellar ways to keep hunger pains and cramps at bay?

 

I'm a fan of black tea, but I'm not sure if it'll help. Also, has anyone had luck with green tea?

Tea will always help. It fills you up, has no calories, and tastes good. Another thing is just to distract yourself.

Distractions work best for me, if I'm sitting at home all day doing nothing I constantly want to eat. When I really want to eat and I already had enough for the day, I take a long hot shower and I brush my teeth. Usually helps :)
I never did this diet though.

I'm on the 2468 diet right now and I eat a lot of salad with low cal dressing. Egg drop soup is amazing too, and idk what I would do without soy milk and sugar free jello. Hopefully this helps!
