So it's really tempting to try this diet, and I know I'll lose weight if I don't screw up.
I'm just worried that I'll break and binge, then just lose any motivation.
What are some stellar ways to keep hunger pains and cramps at bay?
I'm a fan of black tea, but I'm not sure if it'll help. Also, has anyone had luck with green tea?
